I was wondering the same thing, and to tell you the truth i´ll give it a try, i mean, the ingredients are "basically" the same as of similar products, plus cytosport is well known for top notch quality and great results, i just finished my labrada´s supercharge (which is great) and i´ll try fasttwitch just to see what happens, i think u can´t go wrong.

fast twitch is a great pre workout supplement. I prefer it over no-xplode... great energy/focus... good pumps too! and cheap and lasts longer i might add.

ORIGINAL: drewski15 does it contain any creatine? Yes it has kre-alkalin. I sometimes use fast twitch, I would recomend getting the caffiene free one, (lemon) because from what I know the caffiene works against the NO in the product. You do get a big energy rush from the caffiene though. The only reason I dont use it all the time is because I get home from work late alot and if I use it it keeps me up too late, so I only use it when I get home early or on weekends. The taste of the lemon is bad, the power punch is acceptable, but you do get noticeable results from either one.
