6 or 7 egg whites, scramble them with some low fat mozzerella (sp?) cheese and a cut up chicken breast. hardly any fat or carbs, but loaded with protein. tastes really good too.

Looks good but I definitely can't eat chicken that early in the morning. Just doesn't go over well with me ha

not necessarily. it all depends on your diet. at the time, i was trying to keep my fat content down, so i cut the yolks. you may find it helpful to keep the yolks, as they provide many nutrients. it all depends.
