There is a product called AB Fx you can get on line at bodybuilding.com. The price on line is less than I've seen in ads for the product in muscle magazines. It helps. Another thing you can do is lean slightly back when doing lat spread and abs & quads poses to "stretch" the midsection. That helps too. Finally, do extra ab work: hanging leg raises, crunches, etc. That really helps. LOL
