espresso bad on a cut? anyone know how many calories and carbs in a shot of espresso (from starbucks)? how much is too much? cant find its nutritional value online

there are no calories or carbs in a shot of espresso.  The caffeine makes it beneficial for a cut if you are into taking stimulants.
