lately, since ive been on a diet to lose weight(im already pretty lean, about 12%bf) i havent had as much energy as i used to in the gym to workout vigourously. i used to drink energy drinks before supp-ing and they helped me workout harder, but i havent drank them for awhile b/c ive cut soda-pop out of my diet, and i consider them a kind of soda. anyways, will drinking them affect my weight loss much?

well i have been told to avoid sugar while cutting as it is empty calories and actually reduces the use of body fat as an energy resource. A lack of energy suggests to me that you arent eating enough carbohydrates before you go to the gym. See if having some carbs an hour or so before your workout boosts your energy - but not too much as what you are trying to do is burn energy. http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/For_Losing_Fat/m_111175/tm.htm I wasnt sure if you have read this article but it really helps with knowing what and what not to eat. GL!
