not entirely, the white part is where all the protein is so, i suggest just having egg whites from a carton.

Yolks aren't all bad--after all, they're nutrient-packed--they feed developing chick embryos, and most chicks hatch just fine :).  I suggest eating one yolk to every 3 or 4 egg whites.

Actually there is protein in the yoke and in white. The whites are just cholesterol free so they are better in the long run. I limit my whole egg intake to just 2 a day with no limit on the whites.  Whole egg        Whites

Egss do not clog arteries that was  a media hype (Lie) that was spread around! Saturated fat and grease clog the arteries so does smoking and drinking because heavy drinking damages the blood make it easier to clump ect. But eggs are healthy the yellow and the white.

The egg yolk contains a small amount of fat, people on a low-cholesterol diet may feel the need to cut down on egg consumption, although most of the fat in egg is unsaturated fat and may not be harmful.

The egg white consists primarily of water (seven eighths) and protein (one eighth) and contains no cholesterol and little if any fat.

All of the egg's vitamin A, D and E are in the yolk, they are one of the few foods naturally containing vitamin D. A large egg yolk contains approximately 60 calories, the egg white contains about 15 calories. A large yolk contains more than two-thirds of the recommended daily limit of 300mg of cholesterol.

The yolk makes up about 33% of the liquid weight of the egg. It contains all of the fat in the egg and almost half of the protein.

There's some facts about eggs... all you need to concider is whether the pros out-weigh the cons!
