throw in some low-fat mozarella cheese and some ham (or chicken). add salsa on top if u want too. lots of protein and the only fat is really the cheese Here's how i make mine: Put 2 eggs and some 100% eggwhites (probably equivalent to 3 egg whites) on the frying pan. let it cover the whole thing. Now put sliced ham on 1 half and the shreded cheese on the other. Then flip the cheese side on top of the ham side once the bottom of it is cooked (it should be a half circle now). Then flip it over again and remove.
