You should be eating five or six meals a day- When you get bigger, you have to recalculate how many calories your body needs, and spread those calories over the same number of meals. So, your meals may be a little bigger, but nothing else changes. With more mass, you'll be able to eat more at each meal.

Yeah i had the same problem too, its one of the reasons i got fat when i was younger (Starting to go now). For me the solution was water and chewing gum and a little self control. If you think you may have a worm the clue is in your poo, if its not normal or it has changed you may have a problem, then see a doctor. Worms are uncommon though.

It could just be your body. Eat a balanced diet, work out. By the sound of it you just want to put on body fat. Work out a bit and you will see muscle gains, with that you will look a lot better than if it was just fat. Check out the diet sections and make sure your eating healthy. Feeling hungry is somthing you may just have to live with. Splitting your meals up may help, you know your body better than anyone else, if you have always been like this it could just be the way you are. If its just come up you may be growing and your body needs more. Give it time and if its still the same see a professional.

I like to eat celery, drink water, or eat lettuce between meals when I get hungry. No calories but they do take the edge off the hunger.

any pros can you please estimate the calories above? its really important so i get a rough idea, most sites say i need about 3k now to start gaining, just over, so ill be wanting to up my calories to 3500

if i have two shakes per day from my readings i can estimate 600+ calories so thats 1200 already

Go to Fitday.com and use their database. A quick look tells me you're definitely short of 3000, so finding out how many calories you're getting right now is very important. Estimating isn't really an option- I know it's a pain to go through all their foods to find the stuff you're eating, and then make a new food to cover your shakes and all their ingredients- But the payoff is well worth it. Sorry to say I don't have enough time to do the figuring on Fitday for you- I know I only get the patience to do it for myself once a month or so- But it's a necessary step for you.
