I started training 3 month ago, i bought a home gym, and for the first few weeks, i folowed the instructions on low reps higher weight,(my goal is to bulk up) the first month or so i did gain weight, but now i seem to have stalled, i feel my efforts creeping backwards and i am now losing weight,(i have low body fat),and i consider i train hard and decently. I drink this stuff after every workout ,http://www.cwimedical.com/boost-protein.html thanks for any tips.

You need to get stong before you start lifting heavy weights. So normally with low weights and high reps. You probably now need to shock your body into growing again, so change your workout routine Also, put your body into fat storing and increase calories. Try eating 60% protien, 30% carbs and 20% fat. Once you get strong you need loads of protien to feed the muscles. There's loads of info out there on the net. Protien powder before gym (1 hour) cretien 15 mins before gym then cretien 15 mins after gym then protien powder an hour after gym. sometimes casien protien powder before bed. Eat, eggs, ham, steak, loads of tuna, cottage cheese, with your carbs. 60% diet 40% training. It's expensive.

If you're eating the same as you were and starting to lose, this would make me think your metabolism has increased so you probably just need to adjust your caloric intake accordingly. Find a caluclator and enter your stats and it should give you a rough estimate for daily cals based on your activity level. You may also want to consider finding a good proven routine for hypertrophy. NROL and HST are both excellent.
