eating alot to get big

ive read from alot of places that you should eat alot to get big by getting alot of protein from chicken or tuna.my question is doesnt this up your cholesterol and be like bad for your heart?im just wondering.or is all the "bad" cholesterol burned off.isnt there a good and bad cholesterol.i dunno ive just heard of it before.

Many of the food that bodybuilders eat will be low in fats (especially saturated fats) and they will include a lot of healthy fats from fish and nuts that will be the good cholesterol that helps lower your overall cholesterol.
Since eating oatmeal for breakfast, I'm actually on the low side now when I got my last physical.
And oatmeal is pretty high up on the charts for breakfast.

Just go easy on the beef, and make sure it's the leanest cut you can get.

about lean meat(as much fat trimmed as possible),does this also mean less cholesterol?

Maybe a little lower. But if you do like MDA said, and eat good fats and oats/grains, they will keep it in check.
