Because I have to eat them on the toilet, that's why I can't eat a few.  I haven't had McD's in over 3 years.  I did have Taco Bell almost 2 months ago though.

*Read it all*

Just throwing this out there;
According to 4 different researchers from all over the world, completely different guys who don't even know each other or heard of the other's works, they all individually looked at the blood of people who eat pork and noticed that after they digest it their blood starts to look more like the blood of a cancer patient - Not that I even like the taste of any kind of pork product...

Usually I wouldn't give half a crap about what supposedly gives you cancer, but a full blood analysis is just a bit more than coincidence in my books.

Can I ask where you came across this bit of information? Do you have a source or reference for the research you mentioned? Such a statement would imply that cancer can be diagnosed through a blood analysis and to the best of my knowledge, this is not true for most types of cancer. Perhaps in advanced stages this would be possible but in general, I doubt there is a significant difference.

Taco Hell.. It's so good, but it demands a side of pepto. Jesus. Go buy a package of Chips Ahoy soft cookies and a gallon of whole milk and like 4 movies and.. watch the stress melt away.

Dude, I raped McDonalds of their McChickens and Double Cheeseburgers yesterday. Oh my lord. I hate fast food, but I love it.

Once in a great while its good to get back to my "roots". Just not to often.

Jeez.  What a bunch of hysterical nonsense   I mean, don't get me wrong -I always liked TwistedLink, but the sixty-page dissertations and unchecked stream of consciousness rants do tend to wear on my patience.

Here's the deal when it comes to bulking (at least, in my particular case): force feeding and being stuffed are facts of the game.  Get over it or be skinny.  I've been known to put away a pound of pasta at 4PM, and a 1 pound Veggie burrito with a 32 oz protein shake two hours later.  Some nights, when I hit the scale, I look effin' PREGNANT, and I end up dumping four times the next day (as Robert Cheeke recently called it, "Dropping duece like Bigalow").  TMI?  Perhaps, but it needed to be said.

Lift big, eat bigger, sleep biggest.  Despite anything TL says, it really isn't rocket science.

And yes, the quality of your calories do count.  There's no reason a healthypizza, made without all the artery-clogging saturated fat can't be high calorie and good for you.

^ what veg said

I've force fed myself pasta, to the point of wretching every mouthful until I finish the serving, in the past. It's either that and get your body used to consuming that amount until it's no longer a chore or leave what you can't eat and don't gain.

Saturated fat isn't inherently bad for you, and neither is cholesterol.  Saturated fat and cholesterol from organic, grass-fed beef is actually very good for you.  Same goes for raw milk, cheese, and butter from organic, grass-fed cows (or goats, or llamas, or camels, etc.).  Just as long as they are pastured animals, and not fed diets they aren't adapted to digest and absorb correctly, their foodstuffs and meats are absolutely good for you.
