You want mass and don't care if it's lean? I would hit the dollar menu at McDonalds before the workout. After the workout, I would go ahead and consume a large pizza with half a gallon of whole milk. That's a weight gainer.

Yep. Those McDonald double quarter pounder has like 50g of protein and close to 1,000 calories. Good weight gainer there.
