eating before and after workout

first off i am trying to pack a bunch of weight on and i happen to be out of my weight gainer...so can anybody tell me a [style="position: static; font-family: verdana; color: blue !important; font-size: 12px; font-weight: 400"]good food to eat before and after the workout...and dont give me that lean mass bull shxt...i  want more on the mass and less on the lean

I would hit the dollar menu at McDonalds before the workout. After the workout, I would go ahead and consume a large pizza with half a gallon of whole milk.

That's a weight gainer.

Yep. Those McDonald double quarter pounder has like 50g of protein and close to 1,000 calories. Good weight gainer there.

6 potatos
5 pounds of pasta
4 pounds of rice
3 t-bone steaks
 
Eat pasta, rice, and potatos you'll gain

Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg
Squat Max - 220kg @100kg
Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg

Weight - 90kg
