dropping body fat percent - Saturday, September 01, 2007 1:57 PM ( #1 )
ok, so say i lift 6 days a week (cardio style mixed with sum strength stuff) eat a very clean diet of 2200 cals a day and do cardio 4x a week will that drop my body fat??

that depends on alot of things, but u should be measuring ur bf each week

what do i use to measuer it....i have the old fashion calipers but i have trouble doing it myself.
