short hard sprints and lots of jumping! start off in a deep squat position and explode up and jump as high as u can. then return to the strating position and perform another rep. u can also do variations of this like pausing in the squat position between jumps
Current: 18, 5'11", 194 bench:290 squat:405 deadlift:420

Make a chalk line about 20 feet long, and then 5 feet apart from it make another chalk line the same length, parallel. Jump to the end touching only the chalk, with 1 foot at a time. You should be jumping diagonal, and with your calves. It'll make you more agile on the field, and build up ankle strength. Spread the lines wider as it gets easier. Practice it on the field too, by yourself or at practice. I don't know what position you play, but it's very easy to get around a blocker if sideshoot around them, and then shoot back behind them to stay on the same track. Same thing if you're running the ball.
