Ok so I'm just getting started on all this but I've decided I'm going to get myself in good shape. Obviously looking to bulk up as fast as possible but obviously don't want to rush the training and mess anything up. I'm 19 years old and have never trained properly (i.e a few dumbells here and there a bit of everything but not enough to see any real improvements). 6"2 weigh 12 stone 7 (176 pounds) most of my body is quite thin or average but my belly is flabby so I would like to cut this down, guess that's just down to cardio and healthy eating right? So anyhow heres my weekly training plan 2 days dedicated to upper body i.e bench press, bicep curls etc 1 day dedicated to legs i.e dead lifts , squats, rowing machine etc 2 days dedicated to cardio such as running, badminton, cycling I have whey protein which I plan to take within an hour of each work out + once at night and some multivitamins which I will take once each day. I am looking into creatine but is it too soon? Any other advice would be appreciated thanks a lot

Your routine is a little weird, you might want to try something different. Not sure you would wan't to do deadlifts, squats and such on the same day lol. Deadlifts is more for your back and same with rows, not really legs. Legs: Squats, leg press, calf raises, etc. Mon : Chest/tri Tues : Back/Bi Wednesday: Shoulders/legs You can work ab's in there and cardio into the other days if you want. Also, taking whey protein before you go to bed really doesn't help you much. You would be better of eating a solid meal a few hours before bed and then eating cottage cheese(casein protein) and a tbsp of natural peanut butter right before bed. Or you could just take a casein(It's a slow digesting protein that feeds your muscle for many hours, thus preventing muscle catabolism) shake. Keep your diet in check, train hard but don't overdo it. Good luck!
