Absolutely not. I do 30 min of cardio with every work out and if anything it just seems to cut excess fat and help build lean muscle. It also helps strengthen your cardiovascular system which is vital when working out.

It also helps strengthen your cardiovascular system which is vital when working out. Please read some of the sticky's around the forum. Yes cardio CAN burn muscle. If your not sub 8% bf I wouldn't even worry about it, if you are below that, or are really that concerned just take BCAA's to prevent that, and they are nothing special or weird, just broken down protein.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
