agreed, I tore a labrum about 2 years ago. I saw the doctor, dr. said surgery, I said no.. Physical therapy. Went twice, I said no more. Gave my shoulder a rest for about 3 months (while doing exercises at home) I was up to full strength soon. How did you do it, do you know. Mine was not too painful, but I thought I dislocated my shoulder. Felt really weird. The motion I lost was my behind the back motion. I am currently going through shoulder rehab on my right arm - long term, just finished week 9, so if there are any question you have about exericises or the injury let me know. I will do my best to help..
