How long have you been training? Have you ever tried a full body routine? What is your nutrition?

your biceps don't need a whole day to themselves, especially not 2 whole days. They get worked well enough when you train back so you are effectively training your bi's 4x a week which is far too much - where's your leg and shoulder days?

It is not to much, but it isn't good. 1. No legs 2. 2 full days just for biceps 3. No legs 4. combine back and biceps 5. No legs 6. Try a full body since your new to lifting..look up starting strength, it's an awesome book and a good beginner routine. 7. No legs

You need to read the stickies around the site. Less = more. Muscles aren't built in the gym. Read the stickies as they'll give you more information than anyone can give in reply to this topic.

Chest - Dumbell press incline bumbell press decline bumbell press flys Biceps - straight arm curls (1max rep - 6max rep 3 sets of each) super 7s hammer curls vbar curls a think it is legs- theres machines in the gym, would just use then back- theres a pulldown thing i use ( cant remeber the name ) reverse flys ( this is a machine ) bent over rows bent over rows on a bench ( half my body on the bench then my other side doing the rows) shoulders - sholder press arny press shrugs think thats it, mabe missed a couple a things. give me your input so i can change and make it better please thanks :)

Also no point in having OH press aswell as arnold press - put some lateral raises in there and mix it up with other directional exercises

Also add in good mornings. Any westside barbell member would agree that they are one of the most beneficial exercises for your entire backside.
