brihead301 It can be done 100% by simply manipulating your diet. Cardio just helps burn more calories and raise your metabolism (which speeds things up). I love you! ;)

i'll bring my idea of a dirty bulk back up was'nt a good idea with the food i was eating felt lazy an did'nt want to do anything. an can anyone tell me how much sat fat i should limit my self to

I'm not an expert, but if you are still "bulking", then you would want to consume SOME saturated fats, but not too much. Saturated fats help with hormone production, which is needed for anabolic growth, which is absolutely necessary for gaining quality muscle mass. If you ask me, consume about 5 grams maximum of saturated fats. You should completely avoid Trans Fats, and try sticking mainly to monounsaturated fats found in nuts, along with plenty of polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s and omega-6s. They can be found in fish and other kinds of meat, along with flax seeds and flax seed oil.

I think the whole Bulk & Cut system is BS and too hard on the body. My two cents. Eat 200-500 over maintenance calories and train hard. You don't have to gain fat to gain muscle.
