different kinds of coffee

i keep seeing different kinds like 100% arabica, columbian, etc. my question is do these coffees have the same nutritional value as regular coffee (0 cals)? i got a jar of yuban 100% arabica instant coffee, anyone tried this?

... and the timing the coffee is served. early mornings strong espresso, noon is for espresso americano and late evenings, cold mochachito rules.

Cold Coffee? Blah! I don't like anything but Hot Coffee. Not in cake or ice cream or cookies...BlaH!

Kona Coffee! DUH! lol..
Its all in the taste, well decafffffe or regular. Thats about it.
NO fair, you live on the island with the Kona Coffee. Brah, its the best! 100% is the way to go with Kona. Hate the blended stuff.

To get any antioxidant value from your coffee, it must be consumed within 10 minutes of brewing, as it starts to oxidize from there. Caffeine content stays the same.

Hot coffee is anytime. But cold coffee with milk and chocolate and cream is a cool change once a while. Especially chocolate has a load of anti-oxidants which is only gonna add up to the existing goodness of coffee. Also cream and milk are good anyways.. and college going girls dig it! :S :D

Haha, yea.. I do. 100% Kona coffee is certainly yummy. Every time I visit friends in Cali/NV I bring them/their parents 100% kona coffee. They love it.. not cheap, but they enjoy it.

I have some Hawaiian friends living in Vegas....Lots of them are there. i think it has to do with all the Buffets. I got some Kona Coffee mailed to me around Christmas, I post the dog on Guard duty next to it til i finish it.

Cold Coffee and Chocolate?? To sweet for me, I'm trying to stay away from the sugars. When you talk of College Girls I think of my daughters...and you don't want to go there!  Ms Jane: I just don't like cold Coffee. Not a good thing in my Book.

dude go crazy on the coffee, just don't go all low-fat soy latte on us. You don't want the local "Fruitcake Barista" slipping his number underneath the coffee cup.
