some people cant get results from the monohydrate so they made ethyl ester... its basicly easier to "digest"

monohydrate is just regular creatine and gives the "bloating" effect due to the water retention ...
creatine ethyl ester malate has a better transport system for getting the creatine to your cells and doesnt have the "bloating" effect ...

The ethyl ester is a form of an alcohol molecule attached to the creatine molecule. Although there is no definite proof of this, through various reactions and triggers, it allows your body to digest it a lot quicker. I personally don't know if it bloats or not, but i don't know about you guys or not, but i like the water retention.

Creatine Ethyl Ester has an ester attached for solubility purposes, and Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate is CEE linked to a Malate molecule.  Malate is a very important compound involved in Krebs Cycle in terms of it being a source of CO2.
