i was just talking to the dude that owns my gym , they sell some liver detox crap... i assumed its just for people that use juice but he said , even protein powders and weight gainers . creatine and glutamine powders cause liver damage and u should cycle a liver detox thing . well it took me months to even try proteins and creatines cuz im sketchy about putting things in my body , now the safe things cause liver damage too?  should i be detoxing  even tho i rarely use creatine and only use a weight gainer?. if so , are there any natural detoxing remidees anyone can suggest ? not kits or pills from stores but simple home things like.. drinking only  green tea for 24 hours .. or some crap like that , im not into buying the pills from the store , i mean , how do i know they dont damage something.

if you drink alot of water then no worries

and protein can cause serious damaged to liver if it has some sort of sensitive to protein

Natural detox just drink alot of water and youll piss off whatever toxins in the body

you can also have a glass of lemon juice in the morning...of course no sugar. It's natural detox. I do this twice a week.

well too much of anything is bad anyway. Protein can only be harmful if you do not know how to use it, regardless if it is meat or powder form. Glutamine is not a chemical as far as I know. It is a component that is found in fish, which fish am not quite sure.

Not trying to sway your mind into buying supplements but I've been using protein powder for 8 years now and glutamine on and off, no side effects. (coughs up blood) kidding,buddy...

Guys above are right. Drink plenty of water. That you cannot go wrong with. Water is a cool thing. It cleanses, detoxifies, rejuvenates, hell it even tastes great especially when you're down to your last set and really thirsty! haha.
