Fish Stew (tastes great)

2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
½ onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes not drained
1 lb haddock fillets

Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic and onion and cook until soft. Add celery, pepper flakes and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add fish and cook 7-10 minutes.

4 servings

This stew is great and doesn’t have a fishy taste. Great for a cutting or bulking cycle. If you are bulking you could add some pasta or another carb loaded side.
