definition improvement, critique! - Tuesday, May 20, 2008 6:11 PM ( #1 )
Over the past six months or so between lacrosse, eating well and other exersize I have been able to improve my definition by a decent amount. Tell me what you think. Critique away!

Increased definition is very noticeable. Nice work. Ideas for the near future? Considering summer around the corner I'd imagine you'd chill at this weight for awhile.

Well I'm going to continue working out of course and I want to keep my running endurance from lacrosse, which should also help me lose any bodyfat and get more defined. but ya I got to look good for lifeguarding during the summer lol.

I play lacrosse too, so I know what your talking about with endurance. Unless your playing summer league, I reccomend cross country running. I am doing it, amd I gonna be 3 things: Lean, Fast, and Tan.

All of which add up to sexy; Cross Country: Our sport is your sports punishment.

(Funny how most people who run XC are skinny ass people. Well, this year coming up there are two muscle dudes, and I'm one of them. Can we say shredddded in the early months.)

eh, i see cross country as more of a way to lose some muscle. if u dont know what to do anyway.

wrestling will get u ripped as hell if u get ur diet right with it.

lol this one kid i know was a beast, i saw him after wrestling and (no homo) but i was just thinking damn thats crazy...he looked pretty much exactly how i would want to look, i'd guess 6-7%bf. wrestlings over for a few months and i could just see as the fat went back on. probably around 11% now, maybe 10 still
