Those lower abs are defined by the level of body fat. Most people have to be 8% and under for them to show.

It would help to be tested. I'd hate to say lose that last bit if you are already at 4%. Without knowing, I'm only giving standardized answers.

It's not going to be exercises that will bring them out. Spot reduction is a myth.

There is a thread on Lipoderm-Y that you might find interesting. Some other women have used the product for such things you describe and like the results.. just for those last few inches they cannot get rid of.

Depends on your body fat and diet.. Exactly what do you eat on a daily basis? That would be preventing you from truly being as lean as you'd like.

Intresting thread on Lipoderm-Y

If you've not downloaded the 2 e-book on the forum announcement

Foods that Burn the Fat
Foods that Turn to Fat

Are the e-books archived anywhere on the forum, or do they get updated regularly. I would be interested to read this one, but can not find a link for it anywhere?

Update:

In regards to these 2 e-books. They came with the Burn the Fat copy that I purchased as free downloads. However, they are not free. I inadvertently assumed that since I got them free with my copy of the main book. However, it was my mistake. Per Tom Venuto's request, I took them off the site.

However, Burn the Fat is worth the read and the free downloads you'd get would contain these other books. And they are well worth it.

I'm really sorry to have caused the confusion. I had no idea. Glad I asked Tom. Wish I asked him before making such a hype though.

Thank you Anthony for bringing this issue up.
