deadlifting for power, squating for mass - Wednesday, March 29, 2006 10:38 AM ( #1 )
lately ive been deadlifting in the strength rep scheme and i'm trying to work up to my 1 rep max. i dont usually change my squat weight until i get my reps to the 8-10 range, same with bench. is there anything wrong with this or should i do squats for strength as well.

I agre...

I even hear that big benchers or squatters or DLers will train all 3 lifts in order to make the other one go up. Not to say that if u want ur bench to go up u should squat more....it just helps.
