the better route would be 2 drop that crap and get on a good diet and good workout program for a while and supplement with some creatine and other junk. how long have you been lifting for? have u even done any research on these products? if you diet and exercise properly you will gain better for the 1st time, safer mass and strength, then with that junk. you need to stay on a good diet and workout plan for a few years and do a ton of research before you just start taking things. thats probably the most common mistake in impatient people. wouldnt u feel better about yourself knowing u got it all on ur own with hard work and dedication without the use of fake drugs? dont try to take an fast and easy way to better gains faster cause ur kidneys and liver and heart will pay for it in years to come.
