bench - 305 lbs
squat - 505 lbs
dead - 550 lbs
only with a belt i dont care for suits

Colton, judging from the pictures, you seem to be more than 18.8 body fat %. What did you use to measure your body fat %?

Jeez, you take everything too personal/serious. I just happened to think that the picture you took was more than 20% body fat. But I promise from now on, I will NEVER EVER comment on you again, or neither will I reply to any of your comments. Obviously you want everyone to see all the good in you, and leave out the "bad". I would love it if ppl would actually criticize me to improve myself, but I guess everyone is different. This will be the end of me, happy?

you better get your ass in here and start commenting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you caught me in a bad mood thanks too the day and the other post that were up that i shouldnt ave got involved with im hovering around 18 and 19 % yeah and its a electronic thing wich it does work my buddy has 10 % bf and with this things time and time it says 10.2 to 10.6
i trust it
SORRY FOR SNAPPING AGAIN im just real self consious about my body thats all

back too the gym today hit my chest today and after words took cellmass with mono with gatorade got a great pump

just got home ate some crab meat and it was goooooddd my diets been clean and ive been consuming upwords of over 3000 cals a day and the body fats dropping muscle is coming and my strength is coming back what i decided to do couple weeks back is resume powerlifting and bodybuilding at the same time wich is called powerbuilding ... my split looks like this and this what ive been doing
 
mon-chest , abs
Bench press 5x5
and then assist work on chest incline bench pullovers db flys etc 4x12 on assist
tuesday is arms
work the arm completely forearms included 15 sets a piece on tris and bis 5 sets on forearms
wednesday is legs
squats 5x5
assistance work 4x12 a piece
thursdays is shoulders
friday deads
 
all assist work on each day is in the 8 to 12 range
bench - 305 lbs
squat - 505 lbs
dead - 550 lbs

worked on my legs today did
 
290x5
310x5
330x5
355x5
390x5
on my squats
then
leg extensions 4 x 10
leg curls 4 x 10
leg press 4 x 8 at about 600 lbs
seated calf raises 5 x 10
finninshed off with abs crunches , leg raises , and obluqe crunches 3 sets each 20 , 10 , 10
 
finnaly got more whey im happy i can start getting enough calories through the day its laced wiht all sorts of amino acids and glutamine peptides
 
tommorow is shoulders consisting of military's side raises and rear delt rope pulls and finnishing off with clean presses
bench - 305 lbs
squat - 505 lbs
dead - 550 lbs

day after leg work
im feeling pretty dag on good today my legs are rock hard and not sore!! i cant believe that  i'll update later after my gym today
 
i must be hoding water in the right places because i still can see the vains clear as day in my upper forearms quads shoulders and all that so its all good i think i got a good body hideing under the water and amount of fat thats still coming off
