did my arms traps and abs today gonna hit my legs tommorow been pretty solid on my diet im upping the protien intake keeping the carbs low and im gonna start activate by desighner supps in about 2 weeks...
bench - 305 lbs

dead - 550 lbs

i worked my chest today i dont know now about about taking activate my main focus was to lose fat so i was thinking a test booster but i might take a cutting stack instead to avoid pimples possibly

i worked my back today did bent rows deads and pull downs im obviously not real or somthing so im not gonna mention the new high on my bent over rows\

OOWWWWW did my legs today my squats are comfortable at 405 for a rep so its all good diets still perfect !!

LOL, you and me are always on Colton's back, and I think he get's angry, but he has to realise that we're here to help, not "bash him".

Colton, as grantoiz and I have mentioned many times, stick to one FRICKIN GOAL! I've guess you've heard the quote, something like "Thou who try and catch both rabbits, will get neither".

seriously i can explain that

i just want to see how much strength im loseing as the weeks go by so i just check my bench dead and squats to keep track my body is looking better the fats comong off its about a 7 or 8 % difference since i started its not moving much i can still press 225 and dead 405


I promise im sticking to my goals

did my shoulders did military presses side raises and rear rope pulls did it like 15 12 10-8

ran this morning on an empty stomach then took 40 g's of protien right before my weight training then afterwords took 4 fish oil tablets then at 11:00 am had a steak

dead - 550 lbs
