thats how i felt yesterday morning... This morning i woke up in a pool of sweat.. in the middle of the night i kept trying to cool my self down by jumping in the shower.. my temp was 102 degrees.  I lost 3 lbs because of that ****   LoL dont worry colton just take a break for a week.  **** if anything maybe its a good thing,  there goes some water weight.   I did hear that when you get sick it attacks fatty cells?  or some bs?... not sure how true that is but they say thats why its hard to stay under 5% because if you get sick its really dangerouse because the virus attacks your muscles since there is no fat to burn off.  That probably isn't true though its just something my father told me but alot of what he says is bull ****..

Just out of couriosity how do you calculate your BF?
Gin Rummy: Simply because you don't have evidence that something does exist does not mean you have evidence of something that doesn't exist.(from the boondocks)

Viruses don't attack cells.

Viruses implant a tiny piece of RNA into our DNA chain so when cells go under "protein synthesis" they also start making more viruses conveyor belt style.
Viruses don't make symptoms-immune systems do.

Phlegm-bodies reaction to trap viruses
snot-again immune system
sore throat-immune system killing its own cells to get rid of virus
Weakness-appetite gone and using fats for energy
lack of strength-dehydration due to water being used for helping kill the virus by the immune system

Fat cells are used for direct energy to destroy the immune system as when people have flu its very difficult to eat, usually the body rejects it.

Being under 5%BF is VERY dangerous as the body starts eating itself to get more energy, which is never a good thing.

Just to add in some controversy, this is also the most basic reason why HIV/AIDS has been thought to have been made in a lab, as a virus requires a healthy being to replicate, HIV purposefully attacks the immune system-pretty much screwing its host up entirely.

Doesnt sound like a very good evolved virus to me
