Coltn, you need to view my comments as "good criticism", rather than take it the wrong way. Everything I have said is to help you. For example I critisied you for changing your goals too often. Why? You simply need to stick to a one single goal if you want to see results. You seem to change a routine too often, and then one day you say you want to cut and then another day you say you want to powerlifting. Do you understand me? If you asked anyone else, I'm sure that they would totally agree with me.

When people give me good criticism, I usually take it only board. So just try to view my comments as something that'll help you.

The reason I said that your breakfast isn't ideal is because your meals need to have a combination of carbs/protein/fat, and the milk just won't do it. A more ideal meal would be like eggs and bread, oatmeal with milk etc.

Colton, try if you can to see how much of the 8lbs lost was fat, because 8lbs seems alot for 2 weeks.

Anyways Colton, I'm gonna constantly "kick you in the balls", everytime you do something wrong, so prepare for more of me in the upcomings ;)...

i dont have nothing to test that , i feel more solid in my arms and stomach i just gotta wait for my body to start taking the rest of the fat from my mid section ,  i definatley cut the caloric intake down alot i try to get 2100 to 2200 a day im not low carbing it im getting around or even over 100g's of carbs trying to mach or get near my protien goal and keeping the fat intake low in saturated and high in monounsaterated and polyunsaterated

just overal eating healthy somtimes gotta add olive oil to dishes to get enough cals but its all healthy

lol if i was you id up the cals slightly, and aim for a loss of around 1.5 pounds a week seriously if you do it in small amounts the weights more likely to stay off, and more of it will be fat, and yeah theres nothing wrong with the odd cheat day alot of body builders eat strict for 5-6 days then eat what they want for a day or two. the problem if when i do it i just cant stop, and 1 chocalate bar turns to like 10.
