before i go to bed tonight heres my meals for monday march 04 , 2007 meal 1 - turkey and potatos meal 2 - turkey and potatos meal 3 - (pre workout) - chicken and rice meal 4 - (post workout) - peanuts and kiwi meal 5 - peanuts got this made out to come to around a total of 2100 cals ***update*** doing chest biceps and abs today plus cardio

MARCH 06 , 2007 SO FAR IVE EATIN THREE TIMES TODAY , 8:00AM - PEANUTS 10:00AM DARK LETTACE WITH TUNA AND ITALIAN DRESSING AND 12:00PM - HAD A STEAK ***update*** 2:20 meal 4 - steak and steemed broccoli im gonna take a serving of NO shotgun 20 minutes before the gym im hitting my back hard tonight !

- yesterday was fun to some NO and my back felt huge! March 07 , 2007 - tonight im hitting my shoulder's abs and tri's i believe should be great first meal is 8:30 - had some peanuts 10:30 - tuna 12:30 - rice and chicken 2:30 - rice and chicken 4:15 - NO shotgun and redline fat burner

alrighty ! back on track its 7:40am march 09 , 2007 for my first meal of the day i had two 240ml glasses of chocolate milk meal-2-9:30am chicken @ cup of brown rice @ peanuts meal-3-11:30am chicken @ brown rice @1 table spoon of olive oil
