i been through a tub and noticed ok results but im not sure if thats the training or what i should expect as my knowledge is very small aha.. you guys thikn this stuff is good enough to use as a main cheap whey protein source for general consumption when needed and more expensive sources cant be used as too little money ? opinions please! peter
syntha six will give much better results? or ...?

Yes cyto is good, but BSN is ultimate, Syntha 6 and Truemass
