so I bought a tub of cyto gainer and the tub says that 4 scoops equals one serving and it has 10 servings. it also says that I should take 4 scoops 3 times a day, if I do that the tub wouldnt last me 4 days,4(scoops) x 3(a day)= 12. 40(amount of servings)/ 12(servings a day)= 3 days and 1 serving, is this right?

you definitely don't need it three times a day. i'd say once max. then just eat real food for all your other meals

2-3 scoops should be enough unless you really need all that calories even after eating enough whole foods through out the day, 1-2 servings a day will be more than enough as well IMHO

When I took cytogainer, I used 1 heaping scoop daily, post workout and it did the trick. Keep in mind that your body can only digest so much protein at once.

ok cool because ive been taking 2 scoops in 12 oz of milk twice every day i work out.

I've been on CytoGainer for the past month or so, too. I take 2 scoops when I wake up and 2 before bed just to save the tub. 4 scoops equals 54g's of protein i think, and 27 at a time is plenty imo... My body fat always goes up a lil by the time i finish a tub, but i guess you can expect that with as many calories as there are in there...
