Hey, I'm almost done with my bottle of NO-Xplode, Should I cycle it? Take 2 weeks off from it? Also when I rebuy it, should I stack it with anything else? CellMass or such? THanks

well first of all how many scoops did u work up too?.... well if u stuck wit the 2 scoop reccomendation i think 2 weeks should be fine.... and i think it would be a great idea to stack it with cellmass.... and get a whey protein supplement also... goodluck...

Yea stuck with only 2 scoops all the way. But when I get cell mass, do I take it rigth after I take NO? Or do i take it after work out and can I take CEll Mass with my Whey, so after work out i take whey and Cell Mass? Never stacked before so I don't know what to do. I'm taking NO Xplode and Whey Protein right now, but really bulking much, but getting a little tone.

No-X is a pre-workout supplement so obviously take it before your workout. And take it on an empty stomach, along with the CellMass which should be taken immediately after your workout and your 2nd serving "6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving." Also - Make sure to get PLENTY of water while you are stacking these, and even seperately. And again, don't take them with food or a full stomach or they will "diminish it's effect."  Hope that helps.

the recommendation for cellmass is take it in the morning when u wake up in an empty stomach ... and another one at night ... before you go to sleep ?

so .. take cellmass with an empty stomach .. let the creatine soak in .. then take your no-explode and take your cellmass again after workout ...

very simple, cellmass is cee, so you dont need to load or worry about bloating, and noxplode is a Nitric oxide + creatine complex, so wat i would do w/ this stack is just take your noxplode 2 hours after eating and 15-45 minutes before working out (depending on how fast you react to it) w/ 12 ounces of water, go lift, immediately following your session you should take your cellmass, in 4-6 ounces of water, then take your protien shake after you take your creatine shake, theres no need to worry about absorbtion issues because creatine and protien dont fight for absorbtion, however, i would strongly reccommmend staying away from all forms of glutamine for they will diminish the effects of noxplode and glutamine and protine fight for absorbtion, so you wouldnt wanna take em' together, make sure your are drinking AT LEAST 120  ounces of water, this is basicly NOT an option if you value your liver and kidneys.

Ok Cool, thanks, So Ill leave the Cell MAss already in a cup in my car, then after i get doen workin out ill drink that, then when I get home ill take my Protein, sounds good. Ill make sure I drink lots of water, how many ounces are in stores normal sized bottled water? Cuz I most likely will be takin those tio school

Also, will stacking these 3 supps help bulk my arms? I'm just getting a little defined right now, I've been on NO X for about 1 month now, and working out hard for about 1 month. but just getting defined, with NO X stacking with Cell Mass and the protien help me get bigger? Show my strength more?

Hey Carrhart;

IMO I would cycle NO-X and cell mass 8 weeks ON on 4 weeks OFF. As for not taking Glutamine as one of the posters suggested, it's fine to take Glutamine but, I wouldn't exceed 5 grams of Glutamine when taken with NO-X.

workout your lower body for more gains ... do squats, deadlifts ... these are all around mass builders ... dont completely rely on your supplements .. these are just there to help out .. to "suplement" your gains ... eat more, train hard, get lots of rest ...

On what days should I do those work outs? Every other day I do, Biceps, back..then the next day is tricep and chest. When should I do those deadlifts and squats?

you work out every other day ? so you have like a 3-4 day split ...

maybe something like:

day1: chest biceps

day2: legs

day3: back and triceps

day4: cardio or traps,shoulders,abs or bi's and tri's

maybe something like that ... working out deadlifts on your back days and squats on leg days ...

the schedule i use is the following,
 
mon - chest

tues - arms

wed - shoulders

thurs - back

fri - legs and abs

i spend roughly 1.5 - 2.5 hrs a day in the gym depending on which groups im working on that day.

My schedule will look more like johnny's but as of right now I am just trying to build a base for my muscles so soon I willbe able to focus on just one group a day. But quick question, I am only 17 years old, should I not be stacking with Cell Mass and NO Xplode and Protein? I am using Protein and NO XPlode right now and I'm having no side effects and the stuff is working great! So should I be ok with stacking?

your still very young and have a lot of natural growing to do ... as long as you stay in a good diet, workout hard and get plenty of rest ... you dont really need to stack ... but you should be fine i guess ... make sure to cycle it off ...

hey carrhart as long as u are responsible you should have no problem

im 18 also still in school.

if cost is a problem u might wanna look in to shock therapy, and storm by universal and then a whey protein

shock therapy is 50 uses
storm 80 uses

Ok sounds good thanks! I am almost done with my first NO XPlode caton, then I will take 2 weeks off from it and then get back on it and stack with Cell Mass and the Whey Protein. I dont need to cycle the protein correct? Even during those 2 weeks without NO Xplode, I can still take my protein right? Anyways that's my plan and thanks for your guy's help. I hope this stacking thing works. I am on a good deit, and also I will be responsible with it such as drinking lots of water and cycling it.

nah dont worry about cycle the protein
I think im going to do what your doing sounds like a good idea...im just started my no-x but after i get dont ill start taking cell mass w/ and then after i get done with thoese ill start the "mass stack" from bsn taking no-x, nitrix, cell mass

wait around 30-45 mins
Eat and take 1 scoop of Whey
Chill for a little bit lol
Lunch Time
Eat and another Scoop
45*
3 More Nitrix
30*
No X right before the Gym
Cell Mass right after the Gym
Rexlax for awhile then eat Dinner
45* 3 more nitirx

Cell mass rigt before Bed
