cutting during the summer,

Well, alright, Currently, I'm 152, 5'8, and I'd say have a farely decent build. I've gained a good amount of muscle, and at the start of the summer want to begin to cut. I don't as you all like to call, want to have my cake, and eat it too. During the year its rough when it comes to dieting and cooking everything individually, and would like to know if their are very general things I can do, and add to my lifting splits and diet, to cut my body fat percentage. I'd like to lose about 5-10 pounds, and maybe 2-4% body fat.. Currently, I'd say I'm around 12-14%, with slight abs showing. Any help?

I beleive it's extreme cardio is what your looking for. Jogging, running, sparring with the bag.
