does -200 cals a week sound like a good cuttting strategy.

im at 3800-4000 cals right now. when I reach a goal of 200lbs morning weight thats when ill start.
trying to rip up and keep muscle mass.

DB bench: 90lbs 6
deadlift: 355lbs

1 arm dumbell row: 140lbs 5X

Yeah man, -200 of what you usually eat will cut you up. Make sure you're lifting hard and keeping up your cardio though.

how? thats only 1400 less each week which on average will be .4 pounds of fat a week. u should reduce the calories by about 500 from maintenance or about 15-20% less maintenance

my maintanance would be like 3500 then ill cut at 3200. decreasing from 3800 by small increments of 200 cals over time.
