I am 6' tall, now 225 lbs and 49 years old.I have 1500-1600 calories per day.I do have one cheat day a week, but it is only +500 calories. The weight gain was because of a back injury ( look in " Introduce Yourself", page 11) I dont eat anything after 4 pm. I drink 1-1.5 gals of water per day and a protein shake in the morning and one at night . I do 5 miles on a bike, 20 mins carido, 10 mins on a heavy bag and 5 mins jumprope each morning, at night i do 2.5 miles on the bike and 20 mins of carido. I do this 7 days a week. I just started to lift again so the weight is not real heavy, bench 150,db curls 35,squat 150. I started all of the cardio the 13th of this month, and i am ready to go every morning, feeling great.I have never been a big eater, just no cardio because of the injury. Before the injury i was 178lbs and lifting. If you need anything else, i will post it. Thanks ~ Trick

Thank you for your help, i will try to eat 5 meals a day and even out the calories across the day per meal. Because of the way my day is, i eat my last meal around 4pm and bed not too far after. My hours will be normal in May. The start of May, i will be doing 10 miles a day on the bike ,5 morning,5 night and drop the heavy bag, keep the cardio and rope work and lift the same as i was. I want to do this for the month of May then start into Max-OT in June, do you think this will be too soon to jump into something like Max-OT, or should i keep on lifting like i am now for 2 or more months ?. Thanks again  ~ Trick
