cutting - Monday, October 22, 2007 6:48 PM ( #1 )
i weigh 162 rite now and im 5'6. i wanna get down to about 145-150. im taking L-Carnitine and Cuts 2 rite now and im liftin M,W,Fr and running after school T,Th and waking up every morning at 5 and jogging till 7 and keeping to a good diet. how long do u all tink it shud take to get down to my goal weight so i no jus about how long ill have to keep all tis up? thanks for the help.

Bicep Curls: 40s 3 sets of 8
Skull Crunchers: Ez-curl bar (15 lbs) with 10 and 5 each side 3 sets of 8
Squat: 3 sets of 8 at 175
Military Press: 3 sets of 5 at 115

You want to lose about a pound a week, so you're looking at 12-17 weeks.

meh I think you could be safe with losing two ponds a week thats what iv'e been doing and Iv'e actually increased mt bench by 30 lbs.
