cutting? i want to have a 6 pack in 2 months.

i know that goal sounds abimtious but  i have been lifting quite awhile , i give u my stats quick
 
age-22 (23 in august)
hieght-5'11-6feet
weight - 180-185lbs
lifting for  2 years
starting weight - 145-150lbs
weak aread- lats , shoulders , lower back
problem areas with fat - ass , love handles , little bit on stomach
 
 i am not fat , always been the scronny guy .. but had alittle body fat... im alittle bulkier now thanks to the lifing and poor diet , but the past 3 months ive gone from basically pop every day , and chips everyday , to just water sometimes juices... and no chips , like very little junk , maybe ill have a gronola bar with choco chips in it , but thats really my only sugar , i do cheat about once a week , on the sugar drink s cuz ill have some beers with some buddies.
 
 anyway i wanna know a good cutting routine ,  i mean , my arms are huge , but i have no shoulders so they look fat ,  so basically im more embarassed to take my shirt off now then two years ago cuz all my friends expect to see this adonis!  but im not cut and lack shoulders.... i really want a mean six pack for summer. i work my abs all the time , but need to lose the gut... i have the worst cardio in the world so the last two weeks , twice a week i have been doing
 
 run a mile at 6.0-7.0 , which kills me , i feel like dying after , then i go on the bike for about 35-40 min aslong as it take to get 10 miles. ..
 
 i was trying to build myself up so i could be able to handle a 15 min HIIT routine.. just really wanna know how much cardio i should do , and how many time s aweek i should do it????????????
 
 cuz im not a fat or chunky guy , if u saw me in the gym , im a bulky guy , look like a workout... u know..kinda , hahah to the trained eye.... but im just so upset , my arms are about 16 inches now and they look like crap  cuz they need to be alittle bit cut , not too bad , btu i have no shoulder , so its looks like my arms are fat.
 
anyway my goals are to one day be 200 lbs cut... with some chunky big shoulders..  but for this summer i dont mind dropping the weight to cut and re bulking better come fall... can someone point me int he right direction!?
 
 
i know all this diet stuff , and mine has changed drastically. from nothing but pop and chips to , well i already said , i mean im not eating chicken breast with lemon and sweet potatoe , but then again its not a snickers , coca-cola and pizza ,... anyway... time to look sexy , help me!
