yes, it is because all you gain is water weight which is not fat so it is ok. you also gain more muscular energy (ATP) to boost your workouts, which helps cutting in the long run. stack it with an NO product for more effect.

If on a cut, I wouldnt do it. Reason being is that when I'm on creatine I believe that I have gotten excess water weight in my face making me look fatter, when in fact I'm told that I'm crazy. When on a cut, I'm hardcore, therefore there cannot be any thought of fat gain no matter what. -Others have said that they use creatine for retaining strength, and muscle fullness/hardness but I dont see that. Take more glutamine if that's what your shooting for. Creatine is a bulking thing in my world, maybe if ur an ecto its a different story.

creatine is a diuretic meaning it will make u lose water. i've heard it somewhat cancels out the affect of creatine however i haven't done enough research on it to completely back that up.

ORIGINAL: andy No Xplod is loaded with caffine/creatine and still sells like mad so I wouldnt think it cancels it out like i said, its just what ive read before, but if anything i would think it only cancels out the water retention affect. not the fact that you'll regenerate atp sources faster.

VPX No Shotgun has creatine monohydrate and 200mg of caffeine. In combination, they work just fine. Xplode has about a trace of creatine, if any, and all caffeine so I'd count that out. But, I believe there is not harm or foul in mixing caffeine and creatine. If there is such a study against that statment, please bring it to the table.
