my freind is 15 years old and has alot of fat he does 3 sports but its not helping much i dont know how he eats whats your ideas for him losing his fat lbs.
currently gaining weight weigh 145 trying for 150+
bench 225
squat 260
deadlift ?

Basically eat more.
Cut soda, cut bread, cut processed foods, cut sugar.
 
Eat Lean protein, startchy carbs and vegetables (or fruit)
Stick with whole, unprocessed foods.
