eliminate all fats from yr diet and start doing some cardio.

No way!

Eliminate all BAD fats and increase GOOD fats in your diet.

Cardio will only get you so far.  Optimizing your diet would be far more effective than cardio. Mixed together would be optimum.

just keep working out so that you can keep your muscles and even make them a little bigger, or harder, and throw in a good amount of cardio. but dont do cardio before you workout, meaning right before you workout. what i found to work for me, i am not cut right now, but i have lost a good amount of bodyfat, is drinking a lot of water, doing 30 min. of cardio first thing in the morning, doesnt matter what, working out every other day in the afternoon, and on days i dont workout, i do cardio for the same amount of time that i lift weights. an hour and 15 minutes. and dont eat up to 4 hours before you sleep.
