cut down to 196 - Wednesday, July 23, 2008 9:30 AM ( #1 )
well ive been cutting since april, so about 3 1/2 months, im down to 195-196 from 210-212 so about 16lbs. let me know what you guys think, please be honest. Pictures are ****ty quality, and im sunburnt.

i plan on cutting for the rest of the summer and then slow bulking the entire fall/winter

nice job so far bro.  startin' to see what looks like ABS!! haha... i would guess you to be around 10% BF right now.

you're lookin' good.  15 pounds in 3 months?  what are you doing as far as training/cardio goes?

i have the exact same problem as you do with the lower part of the tummy.  seems the fat will be lost EVERYWHERE else, and doesn't leave the  bottom of the tummy until the very end.  it's the last thing to go.

nice work.   I was 207 pounds back at the beginning of june, and i'm 192 pounds as of right now.  keep up the good work.  my plans are the same as yours.   clean bulk thru the fall/winter     just in time for thanksgiving and christmas FOOD!!!  YUM!

i lift 6 days a week
 
chest/legs/shoulders/back/lightchest/tris+bis
 
 
i do cardio atleast 4-5 days a week, ive been slacking lately but i try to go for atleast 2-3 miles a day after lifting
 
suppelements i took, nano vapor, animal pak, and whey gold standard
 
 
 
silverfox do u have your pictures posted online?
 
were about the same height, you wiegh a little bit less but we have the same inch waist/bis pretty much

you could probably get more out of your routine if you did a split routine.   arms don't need a full day by themselves, and neither do shoulders.  I used to think like this, but you'll get much more for your effort by doing a split, OR a fullbody routine.

what kinda of cardio are you doing?  just normal jogging?  or wind-sprints?   or HIIT?     are you incoorporating BCAA's into your diet.. ESPECIALLY before and after running?

everything else looks good.  i'm just critiqueing you like a nazi is all.  nice job, keep it up.

i'd work alittle bit more on my chest if i were you.  but that's all i see.  good work

ive been thinking about it, and i think im just going to loose as much weight as i can until october, what do you guys think? is 180-185 too small?
 
 
i figure if i do that i would have all winter to bulk and i would be leaner then i would have been had i started bulking at 190-195
