you could probably get more out of your routine if you did a split routine. arms don't need a full day by themselves, and neither do shoulders. I used to think like this, but you'll get much more for your effort by doing a split, OR a fullbody routine.
what kinda of cardio are you doing? just normal jogging? or wind-sprints? or HIIT? are you incoorporating BCAA's into your diet.. ESPECIALLY before and after running?
