Hi Your best bet to lose the extra fat is go on a calorie controlled diet (around 300-500 below maintenance) and keep lifting heavy with compound exercises! This works a treat for me and I have reduced from around 40% body fat to 14% currently! 11/12% is the target. You may lose a bit of lean mass but this can be added once you have cut off the extra fat which is 80% diet!!! Besides you'll look more defined and muscles that aren't necessary big look big when they are defined! Good luck

You just have to lower your bf a little and your good to go. I think this can be achieved by a cardio routine in your workout and a change of diet. Obviously you will loose some weight but will look and feel better for it. Do you already do cardio in your gym workout?
Just starting out but watch this space!

You said to be harsh, so I will be. You said you have been working out for 8 years solid. It doesn't look like you have been training that way, and I'd be willing to bet it's because you have not been putting much effort into your diet as you have your training. That's okay though, because with 8 years solid training under your belt, you have a very good strength base built up. By tightening up your diet, I'd say that you could totally transform your look in just a few months. The same wouldn't necessarily be true for a new guy with no training under his belt. It really is amazing what a change in diet can do for you. Diet, diet, diet!!! No sugar, no carbs 5 hours before bed...eat all clean foods like chicken, steak, eggs, milk, oatmeal, whole grains, veggies, fruits, and healthy fats such as almonds, olive oil, flaxseed oil.

The brihead is right again. It's your diet, with eight years even of 5 day splits you've most likely developed a strong strength base if you were consistent, seeing that consistency is the most important thing in building strength. Just work on your diet, you're a big guy you just need to tighten up some lose skin, do some circuits, HIIT, tabata, all forms of cardio, you'll benefit better from them.

And I do appreciate the harshness as I need it as motivation cuz I am sick of the way i look lower on my stomach especially.

I personally hate doing cardio because it's so boring, so I signed up for MMA classes which are really fun (and also amazing cardio). I'd recommend doing something that you know you will be able to stick to, because most people give up on waking up early and running or whatever. As when to actually do the cardio, immediately after lifting or first thing in the morning are always the best times. You can do it on off days as well on a full stomach, but it won't be as efficient for fat burning. I lift right before I go to my MMA classes, and it really whipped me into shape!

Another quick ques. since i've started this strict diet of strictly proteins I have felt slightly light headed the past few days. Is it bad to strictly eat proteins and minimal carbs? I mean what would be the best daily combo for me? I also take bmf nitro which is one capsure before bed at night its pretty powerful capsule and pricy its similar to testabolan and I take usual protein shakes and insane mg which is like a no xplode before lifts. Is this all a good combo or what do I need to change to feel good body and mentally wise to achive?
