critique of cutting diet - Tuesday, March 03, 2009 8:01 AM ( #1 )
Ok so here's my current cutting diet for lifting days:
meal 1 5:30- 35-40 grams protein 35-40 grams slow carbs less than 10 g fat.
meal 2 8:30- typically a protein shake consisting of 40g protein 15 carbs and
some extra carbs on the side
meal 3 11:30- 6 oz chicken breast and slow carbs typically no more than 25 g and
                        trace fat.
postworkout 2:30- 45-50 protein and 20 grams carbs, very little fat
 meal 5, 4-4:30 more chicken 6 oz less than 10 g carbs maybe 15 g fat
7:30 meal 6- scrambled egg whites, usually 40 g of protein worth trace carbs
                        and 15-20 grams fat
Before bed 10-10:30- 20 gram slow protein

Off day diet looks very similar it just cuts out a lot of carbs and some fat.

Well, tell me what you think.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.
