5 ' 10 154 this pic is relaxed. posting because tbh ive lost my passion. so maybe this is some sort of way of encouraging myself to get back it. im very inconsistent. but any suggestions? anything unproportional? advice welcomed

triceps could be bigger, but other than that, keep training

you guys are horrible at this. i was expecting to be ridiculed to the point where i contemplated getting a desk job at microsoft doing mindless binary coding and feeling miserable day in and out hoping for that giant rock in space to end it all.

Eat harder, lift harder. I thought I was small at 5'10 when I cut down to 160.
Age: 26 Height: 5'10 Weight as of 8/31/08: 160lbs. Current weight: 180lbs. Semi-Clean Bulkin! Current Maxes as of 6/4/08: Squat: 250lbs. Deadlift: 255lbs. Bench: 285lbs.

Honestly you have damn good proportions to start with. Depending on where you want to be, and I'm assuming since you are on a bodybuilding forum you want to be bigger and more muscular, then you will have to eat accordingly and keep upping those lifts!!!!

i'm shooting for 190. its a good weight i think for 5 10. yea im sticking with it now since i work in a gym. going to la this weekend though so might be a small set back ya know.
