Looking big.

Only thing i can see lagging a little is your lats.

As Bull mentioned, the only thing that is slightly behind the rest are your lats. I've found supersetting certain lat dominant exercises really exploits them and causes immense hypertrophy with them. Most of which are analogous.

For instance: Slow Chin Up Negatives to Lat Pulldowns or DB Row to a slow Cable Row.

Otherwise, you're in the clear.

Now hang on a second.  What's all this talk about lat lackage?  As IBB said, that pose does more to show off the traps, rear delts, and rhomboids, but just because it isn't exploited in this shot, I'm not so quick to write off the lat spread.

You have more lat spread with your shoulderblades squeezed together than I do in a proper lat spread pose   Like IBB said, try it both ways -I think you'll find there's plenty of width there.

Crazy definition, good symmetry... I agree with Fasha -if you can keep up the proportionality and cuts, keep growing.

I'm not a fan of it either, to tell you the truth -It's one of the compulsory poses in any competition, but in my opinion, it's the odd man out.  No other pose emphasizes size to the exclusion of definition as much as the rear lat spread.  Even a side chest pose, when done properly, is half stretch, half flex.  A rear-lat spread obliterates the otherwise sharp cuts of your traps and rear delts, and diminishes your upper arms.

I don't know, maybe I've just not come to appreciate a wide back for the sake of width alone.  On the other hand, a decent lat spread adds a HUGE amount of refinement to the view from the front.  Probably because you still have all the detail of abs, intercostals, pecs, and serratus definition to break up the monotony.

Not to keep sending you back to the drawing board on this, but if you spread your lats while throwing up a rear double bicep pose, you get the width, but you also get to keep all of your deltoid and biceps/triceps definition center stage.  It's a simple compromise.

In any case, that's a crazy amount of size and detail for 155 Lbs.  I can't wait to see that at 180!

You have the fun bit to do now as you have a nice BF %. Barbell rows and lots of protein.

Applefuzzz,
Oops:  I just asked you for a back shot in another thread.  Sorry!  Likin' it!  Likin' it a lot!  Delts are awesome.  Where can I get me a pair of those?  I too was thinking you might want to work on lats some more, then you would be perfect!
Could you get me your delts routine, including weights?  Too too nice!

Your delts are huge! Your back looks good too. Can you post a pic of your lat spread? Hard to see them with this pose.
