anyways guys my computer was acting all stupied n this is the only way it let me upload my diets without messing them up anyways can u plz critique

Cant see the pics dude lol. But if the diet is like the other post, then you're relying way too much on protein powder.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.

Keto Monday-Friday only (Low carb- High fat)
Breakfast
3 eggs
3 fish oil pills
3 tbsp olive oil
2 green tea pills/1caffeine
1 multivitamin
Pre-workout Snack(before you workout smoothie)
1 protein scoop
1 cup of grape juice
Post workout(after you workout)
1 protein scoop
1 cup of grape juice
Lunch (chicken salad)
Shredded cheese
1 Chicken breast
Romaine lettuce
tomatoes, unions
2 tbsp of ranch dressing
Afternoon Snack
3 fish oil pills
1/2 cup of nuts
Dinner (egg omelet)
2 eggs
½ can tuna
3 tbsp olive oil
Shredded cheese
Keto diet#2 Monday-Friday only (Low carb- High fat)
Breakfast (smoothie)
1 scoop of protein
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 fish oil pills
2 green tea pills/1caffeine
1 multivitamin
Pre-workout Snack(before you workout smoothie)
1 protein scoop
1 cup of grape juice
Post workout(after you workout)
1 protein scoop
1 cup of grape juice
Lunch (carne asada taco salad)
1 ½ cup of lettuce
½ avocado
Shredded cheese
Cut up steak
2 tbsp sour cream
Afternoon Snack
3 fish oil pills
1/2 cup of nuts
Dinner (hamburger cooked in olive oil)
Hamburger meat
tomatoes, unions ,lettuce
top with cheese/condiments
3 fish oil pills


Carbo-load (use Saturday
no workout)
Breakfast
Milk, fat-free (1 cup)
1 protein scoop
cereal (1 1/2 cups)
1 cinnamon raisin bagel
1 multivitamin
Morning Snack
2 granola bar with oats
1 protein scoop
Juice (1 cup)
Carrots, baby (12)
Lunch (chicken sandwiches)
4 slices whole-wheat bread
1 Chicken breast, (boiled)
Romaine lettuce
Tortilla chips, low-fat, baked (1 cup)
Afternoon Snack
 Crackers (10)
1 protein scoop
juice (1 cup)
Dinner (tuna salad)
1 can of tuna
 pasta (1 1/2 cups)
2 tbsp of fat free mayo
½ can of peas

Carbo-load diet #2 (use Saturday
no workout)
Breakfast(pancakes)
 Pancake mix (1 cup)
1 protein scoop
Syrup (4 tbsp)
 Butter (1/2 tbsp)
1 multivitamin
Morning Snack (quesadillas)
2 wheat-flour tortillas
1 protein scoop
Juice (1 cup)
Some cheese
Lunch (chicken burritos with some mustard)
4 wheat-flour tortillas
1 Chicken breast, (boiled)
Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, unions
 
Afternoon Snack
1 cinnamon raisin bagel
1 protein scoop
juice (1 cup)
Dinner (egg sandwich)
2 eggs
2 slices of wheat bread
salad (1 1/4 cups)
