critical bench routine and money crunch.

i have only heard the best things about critical bench. Unfortunently i am in a seroios money jam right now. Does anyone know if i can find it on the internet for free. if theres a link or something.
any help is appreciated.
age- 16 height- 6'0 weight-220 bench-260 deadlift-315x7 %bf- bulking so prolly alot arms- 17 chest- 48 inches shoulders- 53 inches neck- 16.5

I have had this same problem... I found a download on the internet, but the thing is, when you buy this product, I believe that it asks you what your current 1RM is, and this is a big problem because it doesn't ask this when you download it for free. So I ended up getting weights that probably aren't correct for me. And there is no way to change that or find out what the 1RM was for this person... :(

There is no need to pay for a routine. 80% of weightlifting is diet.

If you have to pay for a routine, I'd say forget about it. Just a money scam, I'm sure it works but so will Max-OT, DC, HST, DFHT, or something like that that is free.
